Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cancellation Period)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and German consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from your Pro Plan subscription contract without giving any reason.

Full Service Access: You may use all Pro Plan features during the 14-day period and still receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with the service.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. A simple email stating your wish to cancel and receive a refund is sufficient.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Upon withdrawal, your access to Pro Plan features will be immediately terminated.

We offer all customers - both consumers and businesses - a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. You can use the full Pro Plan service during this period and still receive a complete refund if you're not satisfied.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

• Each customer is eligible for one refund per account
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Processing and Response Times

• Email acknowledgment: Within 24 hours

Exceptions and Limitations

Refunds may be denied or limited in the following circumstances:

• Requests made after applicable withdrawal/refund periods have expired
• Evidence of service abuse or violation of our Terms of Service
• For business customers: accounts that have previously received a voluntary refund
• Active chargeback or dispute proceedings

Subscription Renewals

This withdrawal right applies to each individual purchase. Subscription renewals are treated as separate contracts with their own 14-day withdrawal period, subject to the same conditions regarding immediate service performance.
